What is a BRICX® workshop?
A BRICX® workshop is a facilitated team development experience designed around your people, your context and the challenge you want to solve.
We don't arrive with a standard presentation or a list of activities.
We start with a conversation to understand what your team needs, then design a bespoke LEGO® Serious Play® workshop that creates the right conditions for better thinking.
Through building, storytelling and structured reflection, participants explore ideas that can often be difficult to express through conversation alone.
Teams use BRICX® workshops to:
-
Create alignment around strategy and vision
-
Improve team communication and collaboration
-
Build trust and psychological safety
-
Explore challenges and opportunities
-
Generate ideas and solve problems
-
Share knowledge and create collective understanding
The result?
People leave with greater clarity, stronger connections and a shared commitment to what happens next.
Why BRICX® creates different conversations
Most workshops ask people to talk about ideas.
BRICX® gives people another way to explore them.
LEGO® Serious Play® works because it gives teams a shared language. Instead of debating abstract concepts, participants build models that represent their thoughts, experiences and perspectives.
This creates space for:
Every voice to be heard
Everyone builds, everyone contributes and every perspective has value.
Difficult conversations to become easier
Ideas can be explored through models and metaphors, allowing teams to discuss challenges without making the conversation personal.
Complex problems to become clearer
Visual models help teams see connections, differences and opportunities that may have remained hidden.
Better decisions to emerge
When people contribute to the solution, they are more likely to understand and support the outcome.

What does your team need right now?
EVERY TEAM IS DIFFERENT
Choose the challenge that feels most familiar.
Senario
Your team is together in a meeting, but something isn't quite clicking.
What's happening?
Designed around your team’s challenge
Every BRICX® engagement begins with understanding what you want to achieve.
Together, we explore:
-
What challenge is your team facing?
-
What conversations need to happen?
-
What outcomes would make the session valuable?
-
How can we create an experience that works for your people?
From there, we design a tailored workshop using BRICX® models and LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.

A typical journey looks like:
1. Discovery conversation
We understand your challenge, objectives and desired outcomes.
2. Workshop design
We create a bespoke session aligned to your team and goals.
3. Facilitated experience
Your team explores, builds, shares and develops understanding together.
4. Clear outcomes and next steps
You leave with insights, alignment and practical actions.
What can BRICX® help your team achieve?
BRICX® workshops support organisations looking to:
-
Improve team dynamics
-
Strengthen collaboration
-
Develop leadership capability
-
Navigate change
-
Improve communication
-
Build shared vision
-
Encourage innovation
-
Solve complex challenges
Whether you are bringing together a leadership team, supporting a new project group or helping an organisation through change, BRICX® provides a structured way to create meaningful conversations.
Your Next Steps
Not every challenge needs another meeting.
Sometimes teams need a different way to think together.
A discovery conversation helps us understand what you need and whether BRICX® is the right approach. We will recommend a workshop format, explain how it could work and provide clarity on scope and investment.

Want to bring BRICX® into your own work?
Many people first discover BRICX® by experiencing a facilitated workshop.
Then they realise they want to use the approach with their own teams, clients or organisations.
The BRICXPERT training gives facilitators, coaches, consultants and anyone interested in developing their skills the confidence to design and deliver their own LEGO® Serious Play® workshops, with no learning and development experience required.
