After years of facilitating workshops, leadership programmes and team development sessions, we saw the same challenge appear in organisations of every size.
The knowledge was already in the room, but people struggled to bring it together. Different perspectives stayed hidden. Conversations became circular. Teams left with good intentions but different interpretations about what to do.
We created BRICX® to help people think differently together.
By combining the proven principles of LEGO® Serious Play® with our own facilitation experience, we've developed an approach that helps teams communicate more openly, collaborate more effectively and build solutions they genuinely own.
Today, our biggest ambition isn't simply to facilitate great workshops ourselves. It's to equip more facilitators with the confidence, structure and practical skills to create those same experiences within their own organisations and for their own clients through BRICXPERT training.

BRICX® is the collaboration between Jane Batty, founder of Ripple Partners, and Sonya Homewood, founder of Pebble People Development.
As Advanced LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitators, they've worked with more than 3,000 people across leadership teams, businesses and organisations, designing workshops that tackle everything from strategy and organisational change to team communication and leadership development.
Along the way, they discovered something important.
The biggest breakthroughs rarely happened because someone asked a better question.
They happened because people were given a better way to think together.
That insight became the foundation of BRICX®, and ultimately inspired the creation of BRICXPERT workshops, enabling other facilitators to learn the same practical techniques, workshop design principles and facilitation approach that Jane and Sonya have refined through years of real-world delivery.
