Become a BRICXPERT and create conversations that change how people think.
Great facilitators don't provide all the answers.
They create the environment where better answers can emerge.
The BRICXPERT training gives facilitators the skills, confidence and practical framework to design and deliver powerful LEGO® Serious Play® workshops that help groups explore ideas, solve complex challenges and build shared understanding.
Because when people can see their thinking, they can build something better together.
What is a BRICXPERT?
A BRICXPERT is a trained LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator who uses the BRICX methodology to help individuals and teams explore challenges, communicate ideas and create solutions collaboratively.
BRICXPERTs don't lead conversations by telling people what to think.
They design experiences that allow collective intelligence to emerge.
The result is a different type of conversation:
one where every voice contributes, every idea has value, and teams leave with greater clarity and commitment.
Why become a BRICXPERT?
Most facilitators already know how to ask questions.
The difference comes from knowing how to create the conditions where people can explore, challenge and build ideas together.
BRICXPERT training gives you a practical LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation framework that you can use with your own teams, clients and organisations.
Whether you are an internal facilitator, Learning and Development professional, coach or consultant, BRICXPERT training helps you expand the way you bring people together.
